It's not the first mile on the road, the second or the third - that takes our strength and makes it hard to keep the spirit spurred... The thrill of new adventure takes us happily along - when we start upon the journey, marching with a song. It's not the first mile but the last that is the final test - when we've lost the first fresh fervour of the morning zest... The last stretch is the hardest bit and takes the greatest toll - but that's the bit we have to do if we're to reach the goal. Patience Strong.

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
